Montoni Island stretches out over approximately 80 hectares, with altitudes between 500 and 700 metres a.s.l. , the soils of the steep slopes, all facing east, range from sand to clay. It's a family-owned vineyard, passed down through three generations. Fabio Sireci personally takes part in all the different stages of the production process, from the vineyard to the cellar.
