INSHRM was originally chartered in 1949. Today we have over 500 members in the Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho area. INSHRM is a member of the Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA) and is a 100% chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Mission: Develop and maintain the professional competencies of its members. Raise standards of performance in all phases of Human Resource Management. Encourage adherence to a professional code of ethics. Promote excellence in the field of Human Resource Management.
