Sankhya, the department of Mathematics of Miranda House, is one of the oldest and popular departments of the college. It aims to provide its students a healthy platform where they can hone their mathematical skills along with developing multiple applied skills. It also caters to the non-academic yet essential needs of a student by organizing various workshops on personality development, career building, and inter alia. Many revered professors are beckoned to hold lecture series for the students, allowing them to blend with the extra erudite on a particular subject by ditching their prescribed textbook.
