The Macalester-Groveland Community Council (MGCC) is the recognized neighborhood organization for community participation in Saint Paul's District 14. MGCC listens, inquires, plans and acts on a wide range of matters, including zoning and land use, transportation, capital spending, crime prevention and social activities within the neighborhood. MGCC is also a vehicle for area residents, businesses and institutions to identify, plan, and address community goals. MISSION: The Macalester-Groveland Community Council fosters citizen participation in government and community decisions that make our neighborhood a great place to live, work, learn and play.
