The Cottages consists of 10 Assisted Living Facilities across Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi, managed by Memphis TN based Hickory Senior Living, Inc. The small size of the buildings, intense emphasis on individualized care, careful selection and continuous training of management and care staff, and an ongoing desire for resident and family feedback, are all features of the Cottage philosophy - do the things that help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and choice.
