Lavender Phoenix (formerly known as APIENC) builds transgender, non-binary, and queer Asian & Pacific Islander power. Through organizing in the Bay Area, we inspire and train grassroots leaders, transform our values from scarcity to abundance, and build vibrant movements. We believe that if we build space for healing, train leaders across organizations, and mobilize towards community safety, we can create sustainable movements and real solutions for all communities to thrive.
