de Villiers Sheard (Pty) Ltd, or deVS, are Consulting Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Wet Services Engineers, specializing in providing unique and appropriate consulting engineering services for a wide range of building and construction projects. deVS was founded in 1983, and is wholly owned by locally based Executive Directors. Our service is tailored to take account of each Client’s specific needs, the technical demands of the project, and, where relevant, the ability of the Contractor. We provide a personal and customized service, remaining approachable to all levels of Site Supervisors and Managers. deVS believe in, and encourage, constructive interaction between Professionals, Clients, Contractors and the end user.
