Women of Irish Heritage
www.frea.org.ukThis newly formed voluntary and non-profit Network is being developed by Fréa to bring together professional women of Irish heritage in the North of England to support each other and celebrate their culture through events and experiences and in doing so support the vital work of the Fréa partner charities (www.frea.org.uk). The Network is being set up in association with The Ireland Funds. We have a mission to be inclusive of all professional women of Irish heritage in the North of England to help them celebrate their common heritage through events and to develop a network of professional women with shared interests. WIH will be a not-for-profit network that will provide networking, social and mentoring opportunities. Any funds raised from events will go to support the work of organisations that help vulnerable members of our Irish communities in the north of England. These charities work in cooperation with each other, under a shared banner of Fréa CIC – you can read more about their work here: www.frea.org.uk. If you are interested in joining the network or hearing more about Women of Irish Heritage, please join our mailing list info@frea.org.uk or contact, dorothy.lynch@frea.org.uk
