The Studio Fine Art Programs Our Fine Art Programs teach the techniques used by artists with classical training. Each student learns the basics of drawing, one-on-one with their instructor. Students learn how to use pastel, charcoal, watercolor and oil at their own pace and create their individual art work. Fine art classes for all ages in Downtown Bellevue and at the Crossroads mall.
