ORAALE is an Organization focused on mentoring African Americans as well as youth and adults of any nationality to instill viable ethics to include integrity-based actions, accountability, and service. ORAALE seeks to develop such individuals that anticipate a career in any component of the criminal justice system. Our mission is to provide a platform to actively recruit, mentor, and encourage African Americans to engage in integrity-based policing and to diversify law enforcement agencies through employment.
