York Art Association is a member gallery striving to empower local artists, performers and exhibitors to showcase their work. A volunteer board meets monthly to develop policies, oversee the gallery and provide a space for exhibition/performance. The York Art Association is not a full service gallery and depends on the participation and feedback from its members. The exhibitions and presentations are executed by the member artists, performers or group show organizers. The York Art Association values, promotes and supports the visual, performing and literary arts by providing programs and events for the benefit of its members and the community.
