The NNLM / Public Health Coordination Office manages the Public Health Digital Library (PHDL) which provides state public health departments access to library resources, including e-journals, e-books, and databases in support of evidence based practice and research. The resources in the digital library are made available through the local intranets of member public health departments. Through the Network of the National Library of Medicine, partner libraries provide Inter-Library Loan (ILL) /article delivery support to extend the resources provided by the PHDL.
