The Quantitative Economics and Statistics (QUEST) practice of EY specializes in policy analysis (public procurement, expenditure and revenue, and economic development), impact modeling (economic and fiscal), survey design, and statistical sampling & analysis. QUEST’s interdisciplinary team consists of 35 economists, statisticians and business analysts, 24 of whom have a PhD or Master’s degree in economics, statistics, public policy, or a related field. Individual QUEST team members possess more than two decades of experience providing specialized objective survey studies and policy analysis for government, business and multi-lateral organizations.
