OK RDY is a matchmaking tool for mentors, mentees and skills-based volunteering opportunities. Our marketplace is building capability for recommended mentorships based on professional goals, personal interest and social impact priorities; with an initial focus on areas such as women in leadership, STEM Education, indigenous career support , cultural outreach & accessibility pathways. We feel our efforts will positively disruptive this pace making mentorship better, accessible and produce enhanced workplace and graduate outcomes. Over time we plan to produce key data to help advance these global issues.
