CelSue Construction Services, Inc. is a 100% Woman Owned Business that specializes in site work, including but not limited to: excavation, concrete and asphalt paving, dry utility installation, concrete foundations, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and temporary traffic control. Celsue has within its staff two Licensed Professional Engineers and a Licensed Master Electrician. CelSue provides services in the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia area.
