The Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3) is an international and multidisciplinary research institute based in Bilbao, Spain. Created in 2008 by the Basque Government and the University of the Basque Country, BC3 is devoted to advancing scientific knowledge of climate change causes and impacts relevant to decision-making by integrating environmental, socioeconomic, and ethical dimensions of climate change.
