The CDCO is composed of 17 affiliated Local Unions of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America across Ontario. In total, we represent over 30,000 women and men working in a wide range of skilled trades. In addition, our union represents many industrial workers and hundreds of highly skilled workers in Ontario’s health care sector. With pride in our more than 140-year history, we strive for job fairness and family-sustaining wages and benefits. We lead the way in training, educating, and representing the next generation of skilled construction professionals. Our mission is to stand strong with our members and business partners to help them achieve success.
