WECS engages in a wide spectrum of research & consultancy services, such as: Business planning - research and analysis that underpins the building of business plan and financial projections, with a view to providing strategic advice to executive management of corporate clients. Complex spreadsheet modelling can be expected as a day-to-day operational requirement. Data analytics - in-depth analysis of client database for actionable business intelligence that drives company performance. Intensive use of data analytics and visualisation software packages are employed, e.g., Tableau. Thematic / topical research report - subject to the client’s needs, we undertake research projects with a defined scope and expected outcome. Research efforts usually include desktop research, report write-up, outsourcing and quality-control of primary research (e.g., polling and focus groups), etc. Policy impact analysis - WECS conducts policy impact analysis for clients in the public sector across different policy areas.
