Yoga Blue is a yoga studio in Pasadena, CA. Our schedule of yoga classes is as diverse as that of our students and teachers, as we're here to celebrate the uniqueness of you. At Yoga Blue, our classes range from Yoga Basics, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Breathwork, Prenatal, Integral Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga and Power Hatha Vinyasa with advanced inversions. We maintain a temperature between 75 to 90 degrees at our facilities, at the discretion of each teacher and class. Yoga Blue focuses on balancing strength, awareness, peace, and health. This comforting atmosphere helps celebrate and honor inner strength through the practice of yoga, which helps restore the body and calm the mind.
