A 501 (c)3 charitable organization that has been providing homelessness prevention services and budget counseling for 25 years to working poor individuals and families in New York City and Westchester County NY. The focus is on working poor individuals and families who are often not eligible for on-going public assistance because they have modest incomes above the government poverty levels. They must be able to be stabilized in their housing with a small, interest-free loan or grant and able to meet future rent obligations.
