We at Loom e.V. concern ourselves with anti-discrimination and social equity. Our communities and other parties interested are advised on power dynamics, inequalities and ultimately on long-term change strategies. The intersections of the racialized experiences and gender identity stand as the main pillars in our work. We offer training and councelling to all groups interested in educating themselves on anti-bias, anti-discrimination and anti-racism in order to reduce the structural and institutional inequities in our societies, and we work together to ensure a healthy and safer work and study environment. instagram: @loom.verein
