The Senior Housing & Healthcare Association has been established in 2020 to create alignment between operators, banks, investors and stakeholders, including local governments. Our members and partners operate in most of the Eurpean countries therefor the SHHA is well placed to lead the industry throught the transition and help to prepare the market for the current and future demand. We are faced with extensive challenges caused by outdated existing stock, changing consumer/user demand and climate targets related to the Paris Agreement. This requires close cooperation within the real estate value chain. We are willing to share knowledge crossborder and across parties, create long-term value, work inclusively on cities/areas and develop more user-centered buildings. The association is founded by: Amsterdam School of Real Estate, HEVO, MI, Real Asset Media, Aedifica, Cofinimmo, Care Property Invest, Triginta, CBRE, Mozaic AM and Korian. It is supported by Rabobank, Hartelt FM, Studio id+, Van Veen Architecten and Clearwater Private Investment.
