UWC (United World Colleges was established in 1962 in Wales with a revolutionary mission and vision: to make the world a sustainable and more tolerant place, by providing scholarships to the best high school students from around the world. Today, there are 15 UWC schools around the world with many notable persons serving as its ambassadors. Some of them included honorary president Mr. Nelson Mandela until 2013, Robert Bosch and Her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan.
