Montessori Private Academy (MPA), the only fully accredited AMS school in the greater Rockford area, was founded in 1983 by a group of motivated parents and now has enrollment from preschool (starting at age 2) through 9th grade. Due to the convenient location of MPA with easy access to both I-90 and bypass 20, our student population represents Rockford and multiple surrounding communities including Belvidere, Cherry Valley, Loves Park, Rockton, Roscoe, Poplar Grove, Winnebago, Beloit, Byron and other surrounding communities.
