Technik Competition
www.technikcompetition.comTechnik Competition is a nonprofit social enterprise working with young innovators to develop aftermarket solutions for keeping electric vehicles on the road, products to convert internal combustion engine vehicles to EV, and other projects to support the electrification of transportation. We focus on enhancing social mobility for young people by integrating them into a team that connects them to pathways they never envisioned for themselves before. Oh yeah—we also race cars, and that tends to motivate people to stick with our program. Our California-based team has competed in Pro-Am endurance racing throughout the western region of the U.S. Our team competes at a high level—we became E2 class champion of the NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill. Now, we’re applying our talents for engineering winning race cars to innovate solutions to problems that need to be addressed in the electric vehicle space. And yes, we’re building EV racecars to test and prove the solutions developed by our team! The team is backed by people and companies eager to help team members develop skills and find new pathways to success. Our team of skilled race engineers, mechanics, logistics managers, crew, amateur and professional race drivers come from varied professional backgrounds, including accounting, medicine, software engineering, real estate, entrepreneurs and business.
