Hybrid is a full service design hub offering innovative and appropriate solutions through multiphase development strategies. Our company was founded by two partners, Russell Robertson and Jeanne Pfordresher. Both of whom graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with degrees in Industrial Design. Ms. Pfordresher also holds a BFA in Sculpture from CIA and studied at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and Penland School of Crafts. Each has worked separately, as well as collaboratively, for 25 years in various areas of art, design and engineering. Together we are advocates for a user centered design approach that infuses contemporary aesthetics with conceptual ideas and manufacturing methods.
