Located in the heart of the Midwest and Southeast, Antle Marketing was founded in Bardstown, KY. Garrett Antle started the company here in 2003 after many years in the produce buying industry. He ran the business as well as doing the day to day sales and operations. Continuing to grow, he hired two more salesman with over 35 years of combined produce buying experience. Transportation and scheduling is handled by a great support staff who rely on diligence and some great southern hospitality. What started as a small procurement operation has turned into moving approximately 30 loads of potatoes per week and 15-20 loads of onions per week. However, the increase in volume has not changed the dynamics, the customer knows when they order produce from Antle marketing they will be talking to the same salesman for all of their needs, from knowing what price to expect to pay, to exactly where their truck is during transit. The goal of Antle Marketing is to continue to service the small – to midsize – produce companies in a way that keeps them competitive in the market place and helps them grow and thrive. Also, to continue to search out more companies that could benefit from a procurement company that is ready to work to get them the produce they need, when they need it.
