ISAN International Agency (ISAN-IA) is the ISAN registration authority apointed by ISO to operate, manage and develop the International Standard Audiovisual Number (ISAN). Designed by ISO in the year 2000 to meet the requirement of the digital revolution, ISAN (also known as ISO 15706) is the universal and unique ID for audiovisual works and versions. 1000+ stakeholders from all size are using ISAN around the world such a major producers, broadcasters, and actors of the content supply chain. ISAN-IA is a not for profit association based in Geneva (Switzerland) and founded in 2003 by AGICOA, CISAC and FIAPF.
