Association “Lyderė” is an organization that unites C-level men and women, and together we seek to change society to stereotype-free as well as encourage women for leadership. The Association aims to ensure gender balance in leading positions in the public and private sector, eliminate differences in remuneration, and use international best practices in the field of women’s careers.
