LNSEN aims to increase neurodiversity awareness by delivering training, live webinars, consultations and creating a neurodiverse talent pool. We will help companies see what the benefits of employing neurodiverse people are and as a result, there will be more opportunities for neurodiverse people, employers will feel confident about making the right adjustments in the workplace and neurodiverse people will be able to thrive to success by feeling more supported, more accepted and respected. Our value proposition is that the LNSEN is a website which helps young neurodiverse people/ people with SEND who want to have better secured employment outcomes by engaging and educating employers on the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace, while raising awareness on the additional resources, support and funding available. We will provide a digital solution to all the users listed above. LNSEN will engage and educate the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace, amongst a wide network of employers to improve the employment outcomes for young neurodiverse people/ people with SEND. LNSEN will offer training, consultations, additional resources, support and give advice on funding available to employers.
