We will help companies see what the benefits of employing neurodiverse people are and as a result, there will be more opportunities for neurodiverse people, employers will feel confident about making the right adjustments in the workplace and neurodiverse people will be able to thrive to success by feeling more supported, more accepted and respected. Our value proposition is that the LNSEN is a website which helps young neurodiverse people/ people with SEND who want to have better secured employment outcomes by engaging and educating employers on the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace, while raising awareness on the additional resources, support and funding available.
