Self-regulation and quality standards; production practice management, legislation, marketing, and research funding are some of the key functions of CPAC. Today, CPAC represents a smaller grower and shipper group in both its Regions (San Luis Valley and Greeley) reflecting a consolidated marketplace, but its 175 members and dedicated staff represent a dynamic force working together for the future of the entire potato industry.
