Beyond borders, above stereotypes and never behind… Overdrive Racing Team was established by Georgi Donchev, оne of few local racing drivers competing on the international scene, and his Bulgarian team in 2017 in response to the distinctive lack of local professional motorsport team and community in the region. The reasoning behind the initiative was not only conducting professional motorsport events but also participation in leading European motorsport competitions. Led by the motorsport passion, the team rapidly grew up in numbers and capabilities, and after just few months among the options were not only unforgettable events for petrol-heads and fans, but also tailor-made racing experience and services for gentlemen drivers, young talents and experienced racers. In less than a year after the foundation OD-Racing teamed up with Hubert Racing for their first mutual season in Carrera Cup Germany. After 12 races in an exhausting and challenging summer Overdrive Racing by Huber ended up as runner-up in team’s standings. The future seems even brighter, because motorsport is a team sport and Overdrive Racing already has a great and growing team.
