Big Alice Brewing is a nano-brewery and farm brewery, serving up flavor forward brews 5 days a week in our taproom in Long Island City, Queens, New York. We also distribute our craft beers in kegs to local restaurants and pubs. Here’s our philosophy in a nutshell: good craft beer is meant to be enjoyed rather than consumed, savoring and appreciating what makes it special. Some are malty, some are hoppy. Some simple and smooth. Some very complex. Any beer can possess a unique combination of all of these qualities. It’s the possibility that each beer brings that we’re passionate about.
