{{em_rgencia} is an open-source, peer-reviewed journal of contemporary art, aiming for the consolidation of new spaces for written production on the confluence of art, politics, emergent narratives, mass media, activism, cultural policies and creative writing. It aims for the consolidation of transnational networks for creative and intellectual exchange, the reactivation of dialogues interrupted by language frontiers and the international projection of local authors and artists through the exercise of translation.
