African Personnel was formed in 2007 by business partners Graham Vaughan and Siyabonga Dladla who have over 33 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. We began with its focus primarily on the supply of contract staffing but due to the close-knit relationship with payroll and Industrial Relations, African Personnel subsequently began offering these services additionally and now prides itself in offering quality service in the areas of contract staffing, permanent staffing, payroll outsourcing and Industrial Relations. We have long-standing relationships with clients in a variety of industries including FMCG, Warehousing, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, Finance, Insurance and Hospitality sectors.
