Neeb Family Foundation is a private grantmaking foundation recognized under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) (3). The Foundation is organized and operated exclusively to receive, mantain and administer assets in perpetuity exclusively for scientific, educational, religious, literary or charitable purposes, and to use said funds to the extent possible in such a way as to provide directly for the beneficiaries of such charitable purposes.
