The Crew Brew is a specialty coffee boutique with a mission to enhance the maritime coffee experience onboard all commercial vessels and offshore platforms, with a focus on eco-friendly packaging and sustainability. We all crave a good cup of coffee at some point in the day, and fortunately for land-lubbers, we have the option to visit our trusted café and relish the perfect brew. The ships’ crew on the other hand, are not that fortunate. The Crew Brew is guaranteed to enhance the onboard coffee experience with its exotic coffee beans sourced from plantations across Indonesia and Brazil. Our packaging is made up of a new generation of bio-based flexible film called PLA (Poly Lactic Acid). PLA is obtained from corn or other starch/sugar sources. Due to the bio-based content and the lower consumption of energy, PLA delivers a 72% lower carbon footprint and additional end of life options compared to most oil-based plastics.
