Using innovative EMS equipment our clients benefit from a 20 minutes short and very intense workout which replaces 90 minutes of conventional gym training. Whist muscles are stimulated with low frequency electric impulses through an EMS suit it amplifies the muscle traction and leads to a more effective workout. Our 2to1 sessions allow us to individually tailor each workout to the clients needs. Our Studios are located in London City and Canary Wharf.
