It enables change. It helps keep your customers and clients happy and satisfied. But (and it's a BiG but) this is true ONLY if your learning is focused, well-executed and highly effective. And sad to say, too often this is not the case. Too often learning lacks focus. Is poorly-executed and fails to effect any real change or improvement for the learners. This is a pity.
