The Stigma Podcast is a conversation about entrepreneur mental health. It's a podcast where we speak with founders, leaders, investors, psychiatrists, clinical practitioners and others about their mental health experiences. We have learned that as we share out stories of recovery from mental illness and addiction, that others are encouraged to do the same. This creates a virtuous cycle of sharing and healing that ultimately leads to other individuals feeling comfortable asking for help.
