Roma Versitas Albania has three milestones, education, employment and advocacy, by: Increasing the Roma student capacities, percentage of graduation, number of registered in tertiary education, improving leadership skills, organising successful advocacy actions and integrate professionalism at university students; Increasing the number of Roma graduates who got employed through lobbing and (EU plus Government) advocacy initiatives, especially to/in the public administration that work on Roma issues; Increasing the participation of highly educated Roma in public administration, increasing positive policies and programs and bring basic conditions to deprived Roma communities by engaging strong Advocacy initiatives led by students and graduates; and building nucleus of Roma professionals, Intellectuals and Leaders successful in their careers, but also capable to understand and contribute to Roma development on local, national and international level.
