PAA Online (Professional Aesthetics Associates) Professional Aesthetics Associates was founded by Victoria Walker, Doctor Adam Radford, and Ian Walker. It was clear to all that many aesthetic professionals are struggling, due to poor education or lack of support. In a largely unregulated industry, it has never been more important to help raise professional standards. Combining their passion to help, educate, and ultimately improve safety to the end client, the P.A.A. is a safe-haven where professionals can ask questions, they may not feel comfortable asking on open forums, exchange best practices with other professionals, and of course, learn!
