We're a locally run mental health clinic that aims to use the most modern and effective therapeutic modalities to help children, parents, families and couples with trauma, depression/anxiety, addiction and relationship issues. We use modalities such as Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Imago. We are comprised of seven clinicians from vastly different background and specialties to provide you with the best fit therapeutically, professionally and personality wise.
