Simply put, SHOWPADS is like Lyft or Postmates for showing rental vacancies. As the foundation of our unique model, we contract and train a team of showing pros (we call them Padsters) who are available to respond to pre-screened renter requests and open vacancies 7 days a week. In addition to our basic service, at the Premium level, we also collect complete rental applications, credit reports and proof of income for owners, managers or Realtors. We charge a flat fee per listing, plus a small per-showing fee. For higher frequency users, we offer discounts that make our concierge service even more affordable.
