Port Melville Constructed, owned and operated by NT Port and Marine, Port Melville deep water port is located at the northern end of the Apsley Strait, Barlow Point, Melville Island (Tiwi) - approximately 120 north of Darwin. The Port provides marine and land fuel and is able to service any vessel up to 50,000 DWT. East Arm Supply Base The Darwin East Arm Supply Base is located within Darwin Harbour in the East Arm logistics precinct. This facility offers two 80m concrete wharfs, roll-on / roll-off ramp, warehouse facilities and 40,000sqm of laydown space.
