Canada Rare Earth Corp. is developing a vertically integrated business within the global rare earth industry by building a supply chain connecting exploration to mining/concentration to separation/refining to major international customers of the individual rare earths. The Company plans to do this by identifying potential rare earths sources that can provide lucrative long term supply, developing full capability rare earth separation facilities in stable and suitable geographic locations, and enhancing relationships with a number of top tier major international companies which depend on rare earths for their market leading products. This initiative utilizes personnel experienced with designing, building and, very importantly, operating rare earth separation refineries. Canada Rare Earth Corp. is currently involved with four separation refinery initiatives: a mechanically complete, full spectrum refinery in Laos and prospective sites in Brazil, the Caribbean and South East Asia. Additionally, the Company has several exploration properties in Canada exhibiting multi-element potential including rare earths and has optioned a prospective rare earth property in Brazil.
