Our group comprises Blue Bank International & Trust (Barbados) Ltd. and St. Michael Trust Corp., which are licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Barbados; Blue Bank International N.V., which started operations in Curaçao since 1974, supervised by the Central Bank of Curaçao and Saint Martin and a Finance Operation established in Colombia, which specializes in factoring, lending, leasing, international trade & commercial operations. Our trust formed through a merger of Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse. We operated as subsidiaries of PwC Barbados until that firm sold its trust division into private hands in 2003. The Blue Financial Group has remained completely independent and fully regulated since its inception in 1974.
