CIE is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, legal defense foundation that provides representation and aid to employees who pursue individual freedom in the workplace. CIE provides legal guidance and support to employees who wish to eliminate unions from their workplaces, eradicate “must pay dues” clauses from union contracts, oppose initial union certification efforts, counteract workplace organizing, and remove Big Labor from educational institutions. Our extensive, national network of attorneys and paralegals works side-by-side with these employees – advocating, educating, guiding, and assisting in legal efforts to fight and decertify unions and win back their rights.
