The National Youth Achievement Award Council is a non-profit organization that administrates the National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA) in Singapore. The NYAA Council is advised by an Advisory Board chaired by Mr Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Finance and the NYAA Council is chaired by Mr Teo Ser Luck, Entrepreneur, Investor and Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC. It is administered by the NYAA Secretariat, which is headed by Mr James Soh Executive Director. The NYAA Council is an Institute of Public Character (IPC) in Singapore. The NYAA Council serves in many government committees and non-governmental organizations in Singapore as well as in many international agencies worldwide.
