Cobalt Tree Capital is representing capital pools on a deal-by-deal basis as opposed to blind committed capital. We are therefore more flexible, quicker in our decision-making and receive financial backing by investors, who are familiar with the sector and the type of opportunity, therefore ensuring a long-term commitment to the target business. The Team has in its various roles advised on and executed corporate finance and real estate transactions in excess of €30 billion and has both, developed and disposed of real estate assets in our target geographies worth more than €1 billion.
